Dr. Brian Hill is serving his first term on the Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors. He also served on the Littlefield Centennial Celebration Committee, and is on the Celebrate Littlefield Committee this year.
"It is a way for me to better see and understand our community, and it is an opportunity to further serve Littlefield," is the reason he says he is a member of the chamber of Commerce. What he likes best about Littlefield is: "The people!!"
Dr. Hill has been the senior pastor of Littlefield's First Baptist Church for the past three years. He and his wife, Kristi, are parents of three sons: Jared, 21; Ethan, 19; and Bryson, 17. Dr. Hill has been in the ministry since 1999, and has served churches in Granbury and Levelland, before coming to Littlefield.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Hardin-Simmons University. He attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned his Master of Divinity degree; then earned his doctorate degree from Baylor University's Truett Seminary.
Other organizations besides First Baptist Church, in which he is involved are 2014 president of the Early Risers Lions Club and is a member of the Littlefield Rotary club.
